“ Fire is located in the very alluring Art Hotel. The pieces in there are beautiful. Upon arrival the staff was very nice and welcoming. They explained that they were a big short staffed and had just serviced a fairly large party. I appreciated the explanation. The food was delicious! I ordered the salmon and it came with Brussels sprouts. It was superb! I ate every bite! The outdoors patio was aesthetic pleasing and spacious! It was not too loud so you could enjoy your conversation. The staff were attentive and just very nice. I would absolutely return! ”
“ Such a cute rooftop! If you can, have Dean as your bartender. He makes great drinks and so fun to talk to! Overall a great first time here and can’t wait to return ”
“ We had the pleasure of dining here for both dinner and breakfast as hotel guests, and we could not be more satisfied! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The cocktails are exceptional, expertly crafted and delicious. The food is equally impressive, with every dish bursting with flavor. The service is outstanding; the staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience! ”
“ Small select menu in an open room setting. Our waiter Ron was very knowledgeable about the source of food and the preparation. Interesting tastes are available at the Fire restaurant. We had appetizers Charcuterie and Cheese, Crab Cake Sliders, and Short Rib Quesadilla. ”
“ I had spinach avocado omelette for breakfast which was absolutely incredible. The portion size exceeded my expectations. Potatoes on the side weren’t too oily or too salty, just perfect, they had a bit of golden crunch on the outside, but tender inside. A few hours later I had a Caesar salad with shrimp, and Norwegian or Swedish salmon (can’t remember exact origin). I was skeptical ordering seafood in the mountains, but both shrimp and salmon were cooked just right, to a perfect temperature, not raw, yet very tender and flavorful. I ordered their alcoholic drinks in the past, and the cocktails are never overly sweet, well balanced and have a great presentation. ”
“ Grabbed some nicely presentable hot wings from Fire restaurant, think all the redness had a theme to the restaurant’s name! 4th floor of the Art Hotel in downtown Denver was so nicely decorated. Outside patio area was also nicely furnished! ”
“ We had a fantastic experience at this vibrant rooftop bar! Stopping by with friends for drinks before heading to a charity event at the art museum, we were blown away by Dean’s mixology skills. He crafted a custom martini, cleverly matching its color to my wife’s dress—a delightful and unexpected touch. The drinks were spot-on, and though we didn’t eat, the food around us looked delicious and was clearly enjoyed by other guests. Highly recommend! ”
